Processing Time All Ma'Dame Atelier pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only.

• Standard Shipping: $6.95 — estimated delivery 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ma'Dame Atelier is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at madameatelierrtw@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
