Ma'Dame Atelier – Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each Ma'Dame Atelier piece is individually crafted using authentic batik and adire techniques, making every item unique. We take great care to accurately represent our products through detailed descriptions and photography.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at madameatelierrtw@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
